Before you download

What computers does it run on?

Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) running macOS 11 or later, and 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. You need about 500 MB of free space.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

MediaHub switches to the free Personal plan. Your Library and files stay exactly as they are; only the Creator and Broadcaster tools lock until you buy a key.

Can I move my key to a new computer?

Yes. Open the plan button and choose Deactivate this computer, then enter the key on the new one. If the old computer is lost or broken, enter the key on the new computer and choose Move license here.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. MediaHub checks your key online about once a month. Between checks it works fully offline, with a two-week grace period if you are away from the internet longer.

What does Lifetime mean?

You pay once and keep your plan for good, including every 1.x update. Yearly plans get every update for as long as they are active.

My computer warns me the first time I open it.

On a Mac, open System Settings, then Privacy and Security, and click Open Anyway. On Windows, click More info, then Run anyway. This only happens the first time.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 14 days of buying. Write to us and we refund you in full and turn the key off.

Does it work with my playout system?

Send to Air copies files into any folder your playout reads, such as Legacy Broadcast OS, vFlow or CasparCG, and can add them straight to vMix over your network.
